Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Custom-cut, special-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened packaging of adhesives, paints, or sealants.
  • Cut-to-size or custom-fabricated materials.
  • Items purchased on special promotion or clearance sale.
  • Tools and equipment that show signs of use.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Report any issues to us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the problem.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please:

  1. Contact our team at altashteb@gmail.com or call 06 804 8022 with your order number.
  2. Describe the reason for the return and attach any relevant photos.
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization before sending any items back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product:

  • Follow the same steps as for a return.
  • Once we receive the original item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process the exchange.
  • Any price difference must be settled before the new item is shipped.
