Terramix is Terraco’s ready-mixed repair mortar and plaster in powder form for concrete and masonry. It comes in three grades by layer thickness: Coarse (5 to 15 mm), Standard (3 to 5 mm) and Fine (1 to 3 mm). It is also the basecoat for the Terraco spray plastering system. Al Tashteb Al Saree is an authorised Terraco distributor and supplies all Terramix grades direct from the manufacturer in Sharjah, Dubai and across the UAE.

Uses
Plastering and repairing cast-in-situ concrete, lightweight concrete, fair-faced dense concrete, blockwork and brickwork, on walls and ceilings inside and out. The finish is suitable for painting and wallpapering.
Preparation, mixing and application
- Remove loose particles, dust, dirt, grease, oil and paint. Dampen absorbent surfaces. In extreme climates or on very absorbent surfaces, prime and/or add Terrabond A to the mixing water at 1:15.
- Mix one 25 kg bag with the water quantity for the grade for 3 to 5 minutes with a high-speed mixer or hand agitator. Stand 5 minutes, then re-stir.
- Hand-trowel and level with a steel float, within the layer thickness for the grade. It can also be sprayed; do not leave material in spray equipment for more than 30 minutes.
- Once set, smooth with a damp wooden or foam float; brush off loose particles when dry.
- Keep the surface moist for 48 hours.
