Antique Stucco is Terraco’s acrylic-based Venetian stucco for interior walls. Built up in thin layers and polished, it gives a translucent, high-gloss marble effect suited to hotel lobbies, restaurants, galleries and feature walls in homes. Application
- Prepare the wall: repair defects with Handycoat Exterior, apply one coat of Penetrating Primer, then skim with Handycoat to level.
- Venetian effect: apply the first coat with a wide trowel, then build further thin layers with a fine blade spatula. While drying, polish with a white steel blade to the sheen you want.
- Contemporary effect: apply by spatula in a patchwork pattern and polish with a buffing cloth while drying.
- Clean tools with water. Colour can be varied between coats for a stronger effect.
